Over ten sites are benefitting from the integrated customer information approach that not only outlines educational, social, recreational and leisure opportunities, but deals with the complexities of the new ongoing management and service structures and the Customer Interest Companies created to deal with these.
At the heart of the placebook is a placemap which highlights all the major elements of the site and its vicinity and replaces the awkward and unfriendly traditional masterplans used with relevant customer information including walking and cycling routes.
