In line with St. Modwen’s aim to make places and create better futures, Halogen devised a community newsletter to continue engagement with local residents at St. Modwen sites.
The newsletter, delivered to some 850 homes within and around the project, is a regular communication covering progress, construction, news and notices, as well as sharing community news and events. The newsletter also acts allows residents to feedback their thoughts on the project, often including surveys and polls allowing local people to remain engaged and empowered.
