Halogen welcomed over 50 key stakeholders on site to mark both the appointment of GEMS Learning Trust to run the new academy at Kingsgrove and the naming of the 420 pupil new school.
It is a major milestone for the 15oo home new community at Kingsgrove and the first key part of the planned community hub and neighbourhood centre. Politicians and Officers from County, District and Town Councils mixed with local stakeholders, housebuilders and the project team on a guided tour and presentation with spectacular aerial footage of site progress and a film commissioned by us spelling out the vision for the scheme.
Halogen Director, Gerwyn James commented: “ We believe it is vital to share how the site is developing with the local community and stakeholders and show the hard work that is going into building the future at Kingsgrove. The school is recognised as being at the heart of the new development and is being delivered early in the process to foster that sense of community.”
